This location consistently under fills drinks and occasionally misses details. They claim that the matcha is a pre-measured amount as a consistent excuse. $4.25 for a half filled drink is unacceptable and if they’re unable to fill a large then this specific size shouldn’t be offered.

Sorry but if you advertise a product with a picture and you order that product it should look like the picture or at least similar the past two times I have went I've got a pumpkin cream cold brew and it definitely looked like an ice coffee not like the picture of the cold brew I have only had it once that it was good and look like the picture every time it has not looked like the picture the coffee has tasted horrible. Also they are constantly out of things and expect you to have exact change if you do not have a card to pay with and if you do not have exact change you will end up paying more not very good business.

A year ago I left a 1 star review for this location because I was so frustrated with my experiences here, and I wanted to come back and change it now because they’ve really stepped up their game in my eyes. I enjoy the staff there- always super friendly to me- and I think they’ve definitely improved their speed and accuracy. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work… you’re the wind beneath our wings :)
