Dunkin'

I come here often and it’s usually a pleasant experience however whenever I ask for less ice I either get less product or EXTRA ice! Sometimes I get the right amount of ice if I don’t say anything about the amount of ice. Today I asked for less ice and I could barley get the straw all the way down. I bought a retail cup ( it was super cute and the price was great!) and I poured the liquid into the new cup and left the ice in the cup it came in and this is how much ice was left. This is ridiculous! Too much ice for a normal drink and WAY TOO MUCH ICE FOR LESS ICE.

First off absolutely in edible food. Then the general manager Melony said the only way to receive a refund is to come into the store regardless of the validity realize the gas prices are ridiculous enough and the only solution that you would present is “come back into the store” no help provided beyond replacement of only the food in question. No extra “here allow me to offer you a replacement and refund or something of similar” just a really bad way to take care of your customer base. I’m not sure what the game plan is here but serving food that’s burned beyond being able to eat is not the way. Dunkin’ maybe donuts and coffee is where you need to stay at. On a side note the coffee was good.

This place was great. The young guy behind the counter was super cheerful and repeated my order to make sure it was entered correctly. He also helped me decide on an iced latte and explained the difference between espresso and regular coffee. Even the dunkin packaging and straws were colorful and cheered me up. Dietary restrictions: He made sure I got almond milk since I am lactose intolerant but they offered oat milk soy milk lots of options.
