Dunkin'

Very rude cashier - she joked in Spanish about me to coworkers, laughed and made me repeat myself many times. I felt she was doing this on purpose to make fun of me. I felt uncomfortable and wanted to cancel my order but she did not let me or refund my payment. Terrible experience.

Dealt with Ariel and she was wonderful. I would give her five stars. Unfortunately we had been delayed/cancelled a bunch and had food vouchers to use. Once I pulled out the vouchers her coworker at the next register loudly yelled that’s “not happening” and began arguing with us angrily over our cashier who was patiently trying to explain the process, she even asked him to please let her handle it. Her coworker kept raising his voice and telling us he was the reason the line was moving and that we were messing that up. Even after we told him we weren’t even ordering through him and would like to continue to order with our cashier he kept arguing and instigating. I understand that this must be an even more stressful time for those working at the airports but he did his coworkers no favors and was completely unprofessional. Dunkin Donuts across from H5 at 8 AM on July 16.

SHORT INDIAN LADY!! SUPER RUDE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A BUSINESS THAT MISTREATS PEOPLE!!! Apparently she’s know for being horrible! I’ve been flying for 13 hrs I came to this shop at Ohare airport around 2:45am there was an Indian lady selling coffee to other people before me. As soon as I walked up to the counter she turned around and ignored me. I was so thirsty n and asked if I could pay the 2 waters. She refused and with an attitude told me to go sit down. I asked her again if she could sell me the waters she repeated for me to sit down that I wasn’t her boss that she had donuts to put away. She started saying something in her language very upset. I could have walked away with her possibly cursing me out. She was super rude and should not be working there if she doesn’t want to sell anything to customers. Or she’s just racist. Horrible customer service.
