I ask for a small coffee (cream with no SUGAR). He charge me for a medium, I ask him a small & give me a refund for the difference. I drove off & taste it OMG so much sugar. OMG he gave me a diabetic coffee. I return to the store & ask for a refund. He already had an attitude & he started talking disrespectful to me & told me no more, I wont service u again, dont come back here N#&@;. I was numb, like Wth did he say to me. I drove off. Now it becomes an legal issue.
I love this Dunkin Donuts. The employees and the manager are super nice. They all have great customer service. I always go to this location
I usually go to Starbucks but occasionally try to give DD a chance because its in Chicago Heights (my hometown), every single time I go to this location they give me the wrong order. Today I ordered a Matcha with oatmilk and received Matcha with expresso shot. Literally makes no sense! safe to say I tried but I am done
