Dunkin'

My father in law made a purchase with his debit card using the new kiosk at the desk. He paid $10.90 for a bacon and a sausage croissant. After waiting for some time, staff said they were out of bacon and croissants. He asked for his money back, they only gave him $9.83 back and couldn’t explain why the payment was different. He was so frustrated and hadn’t been to a Dunkin before but now he really doesn’t want to go back into one. It was fairly busy, but ultimately, that’s just poor customer service and to be a loyal customer of DD I was super disappointed.

They've gotten a bit better at hiring workers that know what they're actually doing, or its just people with common sense. Edit: 10/31 The last 2-3 times I've gotten a frozen coffee I'd rate it 5/5 from here, but today I would say 1/5 it was way too extremely sweet almost borderline undrinkable like twice the amount of sweetness it should have, not enough ice at all blended with it do not like watery frozen coffee it should be like a slushy, and it wasn't filled to the top of the cup either like every other time. There was no long line inside or outside so there was no reason to rush and do such a half *** job today.

The donuts I got were pretty good, but the drivethru wait time was pretty bad. I went in the morning for my food for reference.
