Dunkin'

If I could give this no stars I would. This is the closest location near my job and according to their updated times they open at 4am. On numerous occasions I pass at 530ish and purchase through the app and it’s closed. Once I came and female employee tried to nag me for ordering through the app and arriving “too soon” and I proceeded to tell her that it would be the same if I ordered at the voice box. I don’t understand the audacity to be upset over a long wait/line yet I’ve seen them rushing in at 5?! Do better by arriving 15 minutes before opening so you have everything ready at 4.

Actually BERKLEY location Dunkin' is one of the best. Super friendly staff. Superfresh coffee. I will go out of my way just to stop buy coffee from BERKLEY IL Dunkin' at 5725 st. Charles Excellent staff, excellent coffee!

I decided to try the Oat Latte advertised. After repeating my order twice (unmasked clearly) in my car. My order was taken. Took a while to get it. Was charged extra for the Oat milk. $1 the lady told me.???? Surprising, since that is not mentioned on the website. OK. I expect it will be good. I live 5 minutes away. I immediately opened at home and didn't see the customary swirl on top. OK. Took a sip and it was less than lukewarm! Are you kidding me! It actually tasted like a regular cup of coffee!???? Not one hint of Oat Milk! I have had TONS of Oat Latte's, so I recognize the taste. Needless to say after paying $5.98 for this (remember I said $1 for the oat milk) and 5 donut holes (which were doughy) I am thoroughly disappointed. I should have closed the lid and taken it back. Instead, I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE your location IN LIFE. Shame on you for ruining MY day!!????
