Dunkin'

Waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes only to have our order not completed by the guy at the window. He did not seem to understand the menu so we went inside. Once we were inside the two kept working and completely ignored us we stood there for literally five minutes and walked out the management needs to do a way better job the kids were like 17 and it seem like they were there by themselves.

Ordered online. Got to the drive thru window..was handed my coffee (iced, vanilla, one sugar and almond milk) and it was darker than normal. I asked was there any milk in it? Employee says yes. I take it stir it around and it didn’t change color at all. I asked how much milk was put in it. She stated, three pumps. I asked if it was like a “splash?” She stated yes. Hm...$1 for a splash? I told her I’ve never had coffee this dark and order at Dunkin all the time. She offered to put more milk in....another employee came up behind her and stated it would be $1.00 for another “splash” of almond milk. I just took the coffee and left. I can add my own. That is ridiculous. There is barely any milk in it!!

After seeing my coworkers breakfast sandwich from Dunkin' I thought I would treat my family to breakfast for MLK Day. What a big mistake. The worker was friendly in the drive thru. I ordered 3 Pepper Bacon Croissant and hash browns. The hash browns were ok. But the sandwiches were awful. The croissant tasted like it was a day or two old. Very dry and breaking all over the place. The bacon you couldn't even see until you lifted the bread and the amount of bacon could only cover 1/4 the sandwich. It looked as if it was heavily microwaved. I give it a thumbs down at this location.......have to go to Garfield to get a sandwich done right !!, like my coworker, I suppose. If I had time I would have took it back.............
