Dunkin'

This dunkin’ donuts is the slowest drive thru in existence.The line is always wrapped around the building and a good 30-40 minute wait. The staff consist of about 3 employees which is sad because they always look scrambled and stressed out due to the amount of customers. Some customers think it is even smart to come inside for better service but it is the same deal. The manager needs to do a better job of taking care of her employees every time I go she is there just standing around doing nothing.

I went through the drive thru this morning and waited in line for a good 20 minutes. First time at this location and it was good other than the wait. I ordered two coffees, donut holes, two wraps, and a croissant sandwich. I meant to order a cold brew with foam and I ordered a cold brew so when I got up to the drive thru window it didn't have foam. I asked the young girl if I had ordered it with foam and she said no, so that was my fault but she said she could add it to my drink and she did! That was nice of her to do and it didn't take her long to do.

The 2 girls working tonight ignored me when I first got there while working on a drive thru order. The customer service wasn’t horrible but the girl that was helping me was very monotone and you could tell she didn’t want to be there. The main reason I’m leaving a review is how dirty this place was. I only really noticed the ice cream side but what I saw was gross. The waffle maker had a dried waterfall of batter hanging off of it and on the counter underneath it, the Carmel container had Carmel all over the outside of it. The wall behind both of these had splatters that looked like has been there a while. The floor behind the counter looked like it hadn’t been mopped in days. Luckily I wasn’t going in to sit down cause from what I saw all the tables were dirty and floor was too. I know it was end of day but come on, clean up periodically through out the day. I will no longer be going to this location. Only giving two stars because ice cream was still good.
