Food was good . Something has to be said: 100% of the soup dumplings were "full" (32pcs). I mean they all had soup in it none were broken and the dough wasn't too thick nor too small. Just perfect. Only reason it's not 5 stars , because our potstickers were not fully cooked but the server made it right and offered to get another order to replace but we were in the rush and they just took it off the bill. Would definitely go back
I think the steamed soup dumplings were the stars, the rest I would honestly skip out on. Definitely on the pricier side, but I appreciate the unique fillings for the thin skinned soup dumplings, especially the vegetarian ones. The appetizer sides were bland and not spicy as advertised. Overall would recommend for some good XLB!
Gotta come here early! We were a group of 3 and had to wait an hour to get seated at 5:30ish pm groups of two were definitely moving more quick though. That 1 hour wait was definitely worth it though! We just about ordered all of the dumpings on the menu as our server jokingly said we ordered enough out first round. The juicy pan dumpings were amazing but because they were expanding fried and in bap form they keep the heat of the juices in so watch out when biting into them. All of the XLB's had hella soup and the skin was thin, perfect. We enjoyed every dish and the service was amazing and quick. I think the only dish we didn't really like very much was the Dan Dan noodles which lacked any heat or flavor.
