Duke’s Drive In Mokena

Food is delicious!! Admit food orders were getting messed up in the beginning while owner trained new employees but getting better and better and beef sandwich filled with beef for 7.19 is great and fries fresh and hot and perfectly cooked every time. Please don't listen to the negative remarks posted that want a foot long beef with 2lbs of beef for $7.19 some like TL that look at his reviews and he gives everyone but who he knows 1 star and I lived a few blocks from original Duke's and this is just as good and the originals actually helped them get this location started with everything the exact same vendors.

Just to reply to some of these other reviews. I used to go to Dukes all the time when I lived in Bridgeview. I will say the beef, fries, and hot peppers taste the same as the original. The portion size is the same and if not bigger. The taste is great! New owner is very friendly and is doing a great job. Glad to know I can always get Dukes when I come back into town! Keep up the good work guys.

I'm going to review what I had. Not "tearing down a business" like some fans claim on here. I had the double cheeseburger. The beef is like the cheap boxed frozen beef that people serve at large cookouts because they're cheap. (Both the meat and the people) Terrible. Will NOT get a burger there again. Didn't have the beef, probably should have. Maybe the hot dogs are good, too. Don't know. I know the burger meat is awful.... Fries. Ok hot. Not so much after that. Ate some right away. Good. After 10 min ride home...soft, greasy, straight to the garbage. No saying I won't come back to try something else but until the menu says "we have better burger meat," I recommend a hard pass on those.
