This place is so great! First all, Romaine is the best waiter! We had a few other ones but nothing compares to his personality, he is so happy, offers recommendations which were fabulous, and is so sweet! His smile just lit the whole place up! The food, breakfast and dinner, both outstanding. Omelet, waffle, orange French toast, snapper, grouper, steak, pork chop, were all fabulous! The lime and coconut drink was also so refreshing! Definitely recommend a week day right before sunset for the best views!

Dinner was absolutely amazing! We had the spinach artichoke dip and calamari for appetizers and both were absolutely the best! Calamari was not chewy and the sauce to dip it in was outstanding. The artichoke dip had huge chucks on artichoke and was delicious. For our entrees we had the grouper, snapper, and the shrimp al forno. I don’t know where to even begin! All three entrees cooked to perfection! Best sea food we have had all trip! They also make a fine margarita!

Went to Drift for our 36 wedding anniversary because I was looking for something upscale with a view in Lido Key. On the view they delivered, watching the sunset over the ocean was amazing, romantic and memorable. Food: We had the appetizer meatballs which were superb and the Burrata salad also amazing. My husband had the shrimp Cioppino (sp?). Also delish. My grouper dinner was just okay I’ve had better. Service: for me our waiter was sub par for this classy restaurant. We noted in our reservation and mentioned that we were there on our anniversary and he did not make us feel special. I’ve had better service at a chilis. Very unenthusiastic, we had to ask for bread cause we saw other tables had it and overall not first rate. Did not offer anything special to celebrate anniversary. ???? You might get lucky and hit all three great. Food service and views! For me I was a little letdown. Message to restaurant. Train your servers. When you are laying down $200 for dinner
