The best noodle spot its a must go we will definitely be regulars. I got rice noodle with porkbelly spicy pork broth, bok choy, scallions, and lime.......Update as June 30th 20221......so very very disappointed 1st of all I use to enjoy going here until today. I visited all locations and this one is closes to my house and it was dirty( front doors, back of noodle cooking area and prep area in view of customers. Employees dirty gloves were not changed before replenishing food and use them in the big bucket of bok choy. I was so sad ????. Now I will not return to any locations.

I was hoping this noodle place would be on par as an equivalent to Panda Express is for Chinese food...as I don't mind Panda Express for a fast option to more authentic Chinese. However, this is simply put, not good. I came here to try it out, because it is near my house, and a shorter drive than some good ramen places on Blue Diamond. Needless to say, the food was just not good. If someone came here for ramen without having had ramen before, I would think that they would never eat ramen again. The broth flavor tasted off (I got standard Tonkotsu), the meat was mush, and the toppings were just not fresh. The noodles were subpar even though they claim to make them by hand each day??? Seems unlikely for this style of restaurant, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The service was slow, and the person making my bowl seemed annoyed to be doing so even though I knew what I wanted and ordered promptly after having waited for 5-10 minutes for this second employee to come to the cou

Loved this place! I'm not from the area, I'm visiting family.. I'm from NYC and have eaten at countless Ramen shops. This restaurant is equal to some of the best shops in NYC! The staff is great as well. Everyone was cool and down to earth ???? ???? I will definitely return to this specific location when I'm back in the area.
