Hands down one of of the best Chinese restaurant in the DFW area. Handmade noodles that you can watch being made. incredible hot and sour soup and soup dumplings. there is nothing you won’t like!! I like to try something different every time I go back it’s always an experience.
This place was packed for Saturday night dinner and we waited about 30 minutes to be seated. We ordered Scallion Pancake, Stir Fried Shrimp & Scallion Noodle, half Roast Duck, and Vegetables Delight. Overall, the food tasted great. The pancake seemed a bit over-fried and the noodles seemed a little light on shrimp. Otherwise I would have given a 5-star review. The restaurant is beautiful inside. Great service. You can see a chef pulling the noodles by hand. You might be surprised the first time you hear the dough getting slapped during the pulling process.
This place is great if you want Fresh Chinese food. PROS: The noodles are made in front of you which ads a great ascetic. The food is very presentable and high quality and they give you good portions per order. The fresh hot tea is one time pay and you get unlimited. And this might be a con for some people but I like that the waitresses are very direct and don’t try to small talk. Makes business go by fast and efficient. CONS: Sometimes the noodles are under salted but this is just a personal preference. The restaurant is not set up a nice way relative considering this restaurant is a bit higher scale than your basic bar and grill style restaurant. Recommendations: Shrimp and pork dumplings are 10/10 amazing this is definitely a huge recommendation. Also the orange chicken is spicy but oh so good and pretty cheap for the portion.
