Very friendly service! Beautiful atmosphere. Food is amazing and gorgeously presented! The sushi chefs are true artists! (buy them a beer for $1.00) Really affordable prices! The bathrooms are clean and comfortable. I will be returning! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sushi rolls and other menu items.
Food was superb! I know good sushi and boy was this sushi good! The rice was sticky but tender and not dense. Flavors and textures of fish was fabulous. Had the red rocks roll and I also got a specialty item, the tonkotsu ramen, which was so delicious. (Wish I would have taken a picture before I started devouring it lol) I almost drank the broth, only stopped because I was so full. Also had the tempura cheesecake, DIVINE! Presentation was gorgeous and made you excited to eat the food. Service was so nice and inviting. Pricing was very reasonable. 10/10 recommend! I will absolutely be coming back.
Decided to try a new sushi restaurant this week. Try the Russian roulette. The spice that you may find, if you are sharing, is amazingly hot. This was the most fun I've had at a sushi restaurant. Our waitress was amazing and attentive. We also had a couple of other rolls. The theme of the rolls are related to high altitude features of Colorado. As a mountain climber I felt at home. And the Miso soup was amazing.
