First time here after my wife INSISTED I join her for lunch (she has been here too many times to count). Thought it would be too posh for my taste buds, but heck was I wrong! EVERYTHING my lips touched tasted AMAZING! Started with the 'Signature Burraya al Tartufo' and finished our lunch with the 'Ezzo's Cupping Pepperoni Pizza'. This was my first time trying a Burraya and boy howdy was I blown away! The tomatoes were picked from their own personal garden and we're the sweetest and juiciest I have ever tasted. I'm not even a tomato person! The balsamic reduction complemented everything on that dish, not that it needed any help; everything was bursting with flavor. The Flatbread arrived on the table crunchy, soft, warm. It's really stole the show. Next came the Cupping Pepperoni Pizza. The crust was thin and crispy yet soft and warm. The tomato sauce with light and flavorful and did not take center stage. You could taste a freshness of the mozzarella and pepperoni. It was a fine dish for
Great food, great staff, great wine...everything was great! We came in a little before close and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. We had a salad and pizza. It was great! We sat where we could watch chef's making masterpieces. It was so delicious. The staff was so friendly and answered all our questions. The pizza is cooked in wood fire grill....oh my gosh. They have the dough and cooking time down perfectly. Just the right amount of char with the right amount of melted cheese. Oh so good! Thank you for taking such good care of us!
Dough, I remember coming here years ago and enjoying it. This time I absolutely loved it! You have to order the sampler of beer, the sampler of burrate, and every pizza on the menu, it's all spectacular. And you cannot talk enough about the dough, the bread the crust, it's exceptional. We had 13 for a soccer team and they accommodated us with a smile, the service was amazing! Come here, eat here, drink here, you'll ENJOY IT!!
