Had the 2 cheese enchilada with crispy taco on the side. Tasted more Tex than Mex. Little bland for my pallet. Staff shortage just like everywhere else is an issue here also. Dos Mary’s Tex Mex was a good place to grab some grub and get a margarita. I ordered the shrimp quesadillas and a peach margarita. Our server was great (I forget his name unfortunately). I wanted more variety in the menu, like a shrimp entree but didn’t see it.
