Dos Margaritas - Hickory Flat

I can give no more stars. The food was really great I really enjoyed it. The problem really lies in the customer service. It may be that I went at a bad time (Saturday night) but the staff was more focused on "hanging out" and chatting among themselves than to help the customer. When I walked in the hostess was busy chatting with her Co worker and seemed bothered that I walked in at that time. Once I was seated the waitress started off good by taking my drink and food order, which was shortly brought over by the kitchen staff. but our waitress after taking the order went to the bar to hang out and chat with her Co workers, I never saw her at my table again for another hour and only because she eventually noticed I was staring at the TV in the bar area and got right up to bring me the check.

I have been here several times but not in the last two years. This visit was pretty bad. The water was slow to the table. The drinks were very slow and the chips were a bit stale. Even so, this would be forgivable if the food was good. Out of the three of us, we had different dishes and two were barely edible and the third terrible.

I very rarely give only one star but I feel obligated to warn you about this place. The staff is rather nice. That's as much good stuff I can tell you about this restaurant. Flies bothering you the entire time, indicating the place is not kept clean. Food arrived in 5 minutes, barely warm. Chicken looked like it was cooked last week. That cheese sauce was absolutely disgusting. The next day, after eating there, I had to take a day off from work. Full-blown food poisoning. I'm not even going to bother posting photos. Awful, just awful place.
