I came in with a 15 person order during their lunch rush and Donna's handled it so perfectly. They were professional, fast and the food was awesome. My office can't stop talking about it. Always great when I come here! The ladies are nice and the food is always hot and fresh! I just wish the line wasn’t always so long. I would eat there more. But you need time. It’s kinda slow. And they sometimes sell out of the really good real hot sauce. I need that. But this is a good place

On the first interchange at this establishment, “Donna's,” one person stands out; Stephanie is the most unprofessional, ill manner, unkind, disrespectful cashier I have ever interacted with. All islanders scream they want equality; however, they fail to provide that same equality they claim to others. Stephanie behaved unprofessionally and treated a customer poorly at 8:57 am on 7/22/23 at 4740 N Powerline Rd in Pompano, Fl. She also failed to arrive at work dressed appropriately, while Stephanie found time to zip up her pants and fix her lace wig as she chose to scream at a paying customer. Towards the end, I, the customer, said maybe next time you should try to be professional and show kindness. Stephanie replies, “I'm sorry you feel that way.”
