Thank you for the takeout food. I found this place for my dad today because he want to eat mi quang. It has been around 2 decades he had ate them from a friend's house and restaurant. Since he was born in central Vietnam, he thought why not eat them since it been a long time. The dish was disappointing for my dad. The soup was OK, but he felt there was a lot of things missing in this dish that wasn't enough to feel nostalgic such as not enough banana flower, felt overwhelm with too much MSG, and not enough noodles (it looks around 4 cups of noodles in my dad's takeout tray. Maybe the restaurant have no choice to use that size according to the takeout tray? Perhaps we didn't ask if they have size portions?) I wish I can update the new menu since it didn't cost around 8 dollars for buying mi quang anymore according to the pictures provided for this restaurant through google map (maybe we should had asked about the price next time), and it was takeout food. Their BBH and banh beo are good, no doubt about that. About the customer service, it is how it is with small places like this, can’t expect good let alone decent. The things I don’t really like about this place are that whenever I needed to place my orders to go, they never pick up the phone or if they do, they just hang up on you when you haven’t even finish with the ordering yet. Next, the location itself is quite dangerous, so beware of your surrounding when you eat here though.
