Ordered through Grubhub because I had some credit. Showed up and they didn’t make it, told me they didn’t have their Grubhub machine on. Didn’t offer any other solution, like free breadsticks or any type of credit, just out of luck and I’m waiting 30 minutes for pizza. Thanks Donatos!
Waited several minutes to be helped because the person working was in the dining area talking on their phone. The customer in front of me got the wrong pizza and apparently was given my pizza to correct the issue. I had to wait 20+ minutes for my 3rd pizza while the other 2 sat there under the warmer. When I finally got my pizza, 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I got a "Here ya go." No apology. No offer to make amends. I order from this location often, normally getting great food and service, but tonight was absolutely awful. Guess I'll have to try another location or different pizza franchise next time.
Grilled cheese pizza comm mon this is awesome with the tomatoes on its a grilled cheese and tomato soup pizza ????
