Donatos Pizza

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! It is the second time that I have issues with my order at at this location! First the wait time was way over than I was told( initially 25 min and ended waiting 50 min). Second, the pepperoni side didn’t have any sauce, very dry! And I asked not to cut the pizza and the cut it anyway! And the staff in not friendly at all!

The quality and consistency of the Englewood location has gone consistently downhill over the last couple of years, with more and more incorrect orders. Our last order was for a salad with extra tomatoes, no pepperoni and regular Italian dressing and an order of boneless wings with mild sauce. We got a salad with only 3 slices of tomato, WITH pepperoni and LIGHT Italian dressing and an order of boneless wings with Buffalo sauce. When I called the store, I was told that they were training a new employee. The store offered to credit me the amount spent to use for next time, which I accepted, but I doubt we'll actually use it because we probably won't bother going back to this location.

The pizza arrived cold and dry. There was literally no sauce on the pizza. I’m not satisfied at all! I don’t plan to be ordering from Donatos again. I have been a long time customer but this particular order was beyond acceptable. I would give NO stars if I could.
