It doesn’t matter what time of day you order-They leave you at the window without care, or concern. The associates at this particular location do NOT value anyones business unfortunately. Update: Our family has ordered from Papa Johns on E. Main St. in Bexley twice since we finally made the break. It has taken some getting used to, however, for good service and guaranteed accuracy, it has been well worth it! Wish I would have done it sooner.
Delivery times consistently twice the quoted time. Ordered once it said 45 minutes ended up being over an hour and a half. Today it said 30 minutes and it’s been an hour and 15. It’s three subs. Would just recommend picking up. Although when you do that they will ask for a tip.
Been out here waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. There are cars wrapped all the way around the building and out into the street. Not sure what the hold up is as everyone has already ordered and payed by card. One of the employees got locked out when he went on break. He said it’s the managers fault. Said he told other locations that they would be ok tonight and there is no need to send help from another store. It’s not like anyone is going to drive off. We have all payed. This is crazy. Someone really needs to do something about this. It’s 90 degrees out here. So unprofessional.
