When I moved to Omaha. People told me that Don & Millie's was a go to place. I have tries a few times and no more. Each time the service was very much lacking. Employees smoking in the drive thru and busy on their phones. When you finally get help. They are extremely rude and show you how much you annoy them being there. I question why this is acceptable to the company. For the lack of customer service and quality of product. Save money and go some place else.
Very friendly and customer oriented. The food was very hot and satisfying. Best location in Omaha. I always stop by when in the area.
Great place! Staff is always amazing! I got home and noticed I was missing onion rings. Called and spoke with GM and she was so friendly and apologetic. She ask if I wanted to come back and get them or if I would rather be mailed a card for a return visit. I opted for a card for my next visit since I didn't want to drive back. Amazing! I don't know of any other restaurants willing to do that!
