Eh it's giving cheap Friday night high school snack stand food. Nothing wrong with that if that's the tex mex you're in the mood for. Nachos were decent. Idget those again only. Didn't care for my meat burrito or enchiladas. All of that was $18. I'd say this is closest to taco casas food if I had to give a comparison. Enchiladas literally served on a plate covered in foil. Shrugs

My wife and I enjoy Mexican food, but this place just didn’t make us want to come back. The chips were a little stale. The all-meat burrito plate, was literally taco meat burrito with one piece of chicken fajita in it and a bag of chips. I was kinda disappointed. My wife got the five enchilada plate which wasn’t bad. The good news; it was cheap and we got full.

Several months ago on June 24th, I thought I’d give this restaurant a try. I’ve visited the buffet next door several times and was in the mood for a different type of Mexican food. I decided to go basic, so I decided to get the 5 Beef Tacos. My roommate wanted some chips and salsa with guacamole. When I arrived home 10 minutes later to eat the food I had purchased, I was highly disappointed. I had considered grabbing Taco Bueno earlier in the day and just over 5 months later, I’m still regretting my decision. I’m not sure if the reason this restaurant receives high ratings, is because it brings back a lot of memories for those who grew up in Grand Prairie. But for someone who didn’t, I don’t have those memories, so I can only base my experience on the food. Regarding the food, the taco shell, cheese and lettuce were decent. However, the beef didn’t seem like it was seasoned at all. It was very bland. I put some of the habanero salsa on my taco, but the salsa wasn’t very good either. My
