Domino's Pizza

Ordered pizza for my grandson. It was hot and on time. Staff was very nice.

I was at a family members home on 1/27 We decided to order pizza I was going to treat! I ordered an extra large meat lovers pizza, 16 wings and a 2 liter sprite! Gave the address of the location I was at twice! The food was delivered to my home, not to the location I was at! They said they left the food outside, and when I called and asked.why.would they do thet? I was told.that's the address that comes up with my card! I explained No one is there to get that food and asked them is that what's going to happen for the Superbowl? Ppl's food is.going to the address of the card? Absolutely Nothing has been done to rectify this issue! We did Not eat because they refused to remake my order! The refused to refund my money! I spent $51.16 and I didn't receive Anything! The GM has not called me!. I'm in the process of seeking legal counsel because I don't have $51.16 to throw away! Still waiting to Speak to the GM!

Placed an online order. THREE HOURS ON PREP STAGE. Tried to call the store multiple times to see what was going on, no answer. Get a call at hour three "It'll take an hour for delivery or you can come get it or we can cancel the order" Ended up driving to pick it up, "oh, we haven't even put yours in the iven yet" Waited another 30 min for my pizza Unacceptable, but according to other reviews, that's standard for this store. They need their franchise taken away.
