Domino's Pizza

I went in to check on an order for someone else. Jason was the sole employee and he managed it all like the ultimate professional. He took orders, answered the phone, prepared the food and kept a level head. He was kind to everyone, even those who didn’t deserve it. I watched him for over an hour and was extremely impressed by his ability to remain calm and work diligently. Shout out to him. Everyone needs an employee like this. Hire you a “Jason”!!

I have attempted to order from this Dominos multiple times, usually giving poor results over the last couple of months. I just tried to place an online order to redeem my free pizza, which was complimentary after the last poor experience, just for it to be cancelled and my free pizza removed from my account. I placed the order online to be delivered to my house for my family while I am at work. They did try to call, but if I am placing the order online, there is obviously a reason I didn’t call or can not answer. They didn’t leave a message and canceled it without explanation and took away my reward. The time before last, I placed an online order and was notified that it would be 25-35 minutes. Plenty of time for the pizza to get to my house before I had to leave for work. After 20 minutes, I checked to see progress and noticed the time was extended by 10 minutes/ no big deal.
