Domino's Pizza

Good dominos, fast pizza. I ordered wrong and Seth fixed my mistake no problem. Edit I guess it’s like all businesses if your order comes out right.

They didn't pick up. Placed online order. Some1 tried to lie and say delivery would be 2 hours to try and get me to come in instead for pick up. My pizza came in 1hr later and it looked like a pasta I don't know if they are mad cause they had to work..cause you couldnt even tell where the slices were . I asked to speak to a manager. They put me on hold and same exact person answered . Will be coming in Monday for a free pizza most def. And my money back

They charged my card an extra tip when I had already tipped the driver in cash. I was looking over my transactions today and there was tip on card. But get this, I didn’t even get a receipt from the driver. So today, 2 days later, I call in the AM and the manager said he was busy and had stuff to do so he would call me back, around 5 i hadn’t heard back so I called again. Another manager answered and he said he knew abt the situation and was talking to the driver. Their excuse was that the driver had another delivery around my apartments so he got confused when entering it in the app, he said the driver can just bring me $5 in cash. I said no I wanted it back on my card bc my card was charged fraudulently. It seemed as this issue was not a priority to them. He said he’d call in 15, nearly 50 mins later he called asking me for my card number again (which I have gotten refunds from dominos before and It just goes back to the card) but anyway I used apple pay so when i gave my card # back
