Domino's Pizza

During the promo for 2 minutes to your car guarantee or your next pizza is free. Waited 8 minutes. Told the person who brought pizza to car about the wait. “Sorry about that” they said as they walked back inside, and no offer of free pizza next time. Also the timer was stopped in the Pizza tracker counting down the time at about 1 min so the app looked like it was received while I was still waiting.

i love dominos and have been a loyal customer for over 2 years now. whenever an order gets messed up in any way, they always offer a way to fix it! only negative thing i’d have to say is the prices. everytime i order even just a large cheese pizza, the total is always over $25. inflation is real, but i will always love dominos and never stop ordering from them. would definitely recommend it to anyone asking!

Absolutely horrible customer service. First order did not go through, no receipt or tracking email given. Second order did. Received two of the same order. Delivery guy said call the store or go to the website. I called the store. Store manager said go to the website bot. Did that. Website "service" was abysmal. Circuitous "we don't understand" responses. I will NEVER buy from Dominos again.
