Placed an order at 6:55pm and the tracker immediately showed that my order was being prepared. Now 52 minutes later my wife called asking how much longer for our order and was told another 2 hours. We ended up cancelling our order as we can't that much longer to feed our kids.
Update!!! The person actually called and apologized. It was a heartfelt apology, so i accepted. Everyone deserves 2nd chance. Earlier comment: It’s one thing to be understaffed and totally different to be rude!! We have ordered from this business many times, and never had issue with waiting longer. But can’t deal with rudeness, sorry!!!
This is the second time that I have ordered pizza from this location, and was informed it would be ready in a hour to hour and a half, and NO PIZZA Today, I go to pick up and they tell me, it will be at least another hour- it's already been a hour and a half wait! Ridiculous! Don't waste your time with this location. Order canceled.
