Domino's Pizza

I've always loved going to Dominos, they're my favorite pizza place. But I'm definitely considering going somewhere else..the last few times I went to one of the Ogden stores, I have had trouble. My boyfriend had to wait 2 HOURS one time! We waited 15+ min on the phone for them not to even answer! Turns out 2 weeks later we got a phone call, found out they're short staffed, but didn't notify anyone. Tonight we tried ordering online to get a free pizza, it wouldn't let us. We tried calling the store, they didn't answer. Tried calling another store, they said we were out of range..so we had to drive there!! We showed up, 2 people saw us & didn't even notify us others were on break! No communication at all! They didn't apologize for the wait & we didn't get our free pizza. I'm DONE with Ogden Dominos!!

Normally this store has great service and the pizza is great. Today we ordered and it was delivered almost an hour late, it was cold and couldn't be eaten. I called and was told that they were busy and they wouldn't replace it but would give us a free pizza (we spent $40) in our next order. The employee was rude and when I asked him for his name, he said it was Vivian!!?? They were open for 3 plus more hours but had no time to remake out food and deliver it, we'll be thinking twice next time we order.

I ordered two chicken Alfredo thinking I would have enough for 3 people. The bowls are about 1 1/2 inch's deep. The bowl was only filled about 1/4 inch of the bottom . Each one of these bowls cost $6.99 a piece. Both together barely fed one person. We quit eating Dominos because of this kind of thing. My job gave us a Domino's card so we thought we would try it again I only spent half of the money on the card this time, but we're so unhappy I probably won't even use the other $25 dollars on the card.
