Domino's Pizza

The service is fast the employees are nice but the pizza is not always the best. The thin crust is cooked way too long and the handmade pizza always has a huge hard part in the middle of the cheese where it bubbles up and they have no idea what "light sauce" means. Also a lot of times I'll place an order and it gets canceled because there are not any drivers, okay that's fine but call me and tell me and make sure I know that so I'm not just sitting here waiting. It doesn't happen every time but it has happened a lot.

I was surprised with a "Supreme" service indeed! It was one thing after another: first the speed, then the freshness, the flavor, the quality service, the coupons.....I think there's a name for this effect ????

NEVER will I order from them again!! I placed a delivery order on October 21st. I ordered the $19.99 special. I checked my bank account on the 22nd and saw there were THREE charges of $28.50 for a total of $85.50. I called Domino's and spoke to a manager.. She stated she did not know what happened and I needed to contact my bank. She also said they only charged me $22.66. I asked if my total was $22.66, why was I charged $28.50? Unfortunately her answer was I don't know. I asked for a number for corporate and she said her general manager would be in later and she would call me. Well she never called. No one called. This is BEYOND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I advise you to check your bank if you order from them and better yet...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are a total RIPOFF!! A VERY DISSATISFIED EX-CUSTOMER!!!
