Domino's Pizza

I placed an order yesterday on the app @5pm for a 6:15pm pick up time. Dominos is supposed to START making my pizza at 6pm no sooner! Not already done being cooked. I called at 5:55pm to change my time to 7pm pick up due to late baseball game. Well guess what my pizzas were not just already done being made but also already coming out the oven. Meaning the pizzas were going to sit for another 15-20 mins on a heat rack granted but getting cold. I spoke to a manager and who presented himself as the GM. Very poor service. I was told I can either pick them up then since they were already done or I could pick the up at 7pm and he flat out told me he would not remake them. When I proceeded to tell him that the pizzas should have been started at 6pm no sooner he told me he would go ahead and cancel the order because he wasn't remaking them and didn't have time to deal with me. I went to give the Guthrie location a try and this is what I get, A cancelled order because they didn't want to remak

We use dominos here all the time and they never mess up our order. We go somewhere else in Edmond or go to a Pizza Hut it’s almost a daily occurrence but this dominos always does good!

Ordered pizza 2 days ago and ig my car was loud cause one of their employees devin decided it was a bright idea to take their customers info from their computer and message me on Facebook
