Domino's Pizza

Ordered pizza via online at 4:25 - received text at 4:27 saying it’s in the oven and should be ready in 8 mins. Arrived at 4:38 and pizza was done and ready. Nothing missing and the pizza tasted great.

I waited for 2 hours after placing my order and when I called them to find out what was going on I was informed that 75% of my order was out of stock and they neglected to call me to let me know that they weren't going to send a driver out. After I requested that they canceled the order the guy quickly and briskly said okay and then hung up on me. Don't waste your time or money.

Don't get me wrong, Domino's...I greatly appreciate when national chains are willing to venture into the hood and plant themselves within delivery distance of my home. But if you then proceed to hire the first addicts and street people you find hiding behind your dumpster, we are not actually getting a Domino's Pizza at all; we are getting the same old lazy service and cold pizzas we can get from our mom and pops. The next time you- or any national chain- parachutes into our neighborhood, please bring along with you a team from outside this area that can be competent and speak proper English. We ordered 2 of the simplest pizzas on your menu, were promised 20-30 minute delivery, then waited 2 hours before finally calling. We were immediately placed on hold, where we stayed for 20 minutes. My time on hold was as long as you had initially agreed to deliver the actual pizzas! When someone came to the line, they said it would be here in about 20 minutes.
