Domino's Pizza

Never had problems with carryouts. I cannot say the same with delivery. This is the 3rd delivery in a row i’ve waited for over an hour and a half for my food. They only run one driver, and they work them to death. Last time, my driver ran out of gas in my driveway, which just goes to show you they are not treating these drivers correctly, nor hiring enough. This is a management problem, and not a crew problem. I would rather get food from the Hickory Flat location, which consistently has hair in their food! I would literally rather eat hair than wait 2 hours for cold food. Do better, fire the general manager and the hiring manager.

It’s always a great experience when ordering from this location!! Always so just fight with the garlic bites. The BBQ bacon chicken bites are my personal favorite!!! The Driver Scott is so nice and caring about making sure you’re getting exactly what you order! Food was amazing tonight!! Thank you Scott for delivering the food and thank you dominoes staff for making the food!!!!

Wow unbelievable. Placed and order online 30 minutes before store closed. The app took my money and I was tracking the pizza showing it was in the oven and then 20 minutes later it says order was canceled. App told me to call the store. I did, and the person in charge named Gerry pretended she didn’t hear me and hung up. Called back and she tried to do the same thing until I told her that I could hear her and I know she could hear me. Then she answered super rude. I asked her on the status of my order and she said they were closed already. Mind you the app says they close until 1am. And I asked her all my family is expecting the pizza and she said there is nothing she could do and basically I’m screwed since they were closed. Wow Dominos you need to get your situation together. WORST experience ever!!!!!! Not getting my business ever again
