Domino's Pizza

I did a pickup because delivery times are extremely long. When I ordered online, it stated could pick up in 19 minutes. Well...it took 45 minutes. Unfortunately I didn't open box. Got home & comfortable only to discover they gave me bread knots instead of chicken. Apparently the refund policy states you have to bring item back within 2 hours which I didn't do because I didn't feel like waiting another 45 minutes for chicken. Lesson learned. Check order thoroughly or suffer the consequences. Oh...bread was pitched because pizza and bread did not appeal to me. They got that one off.

The young gentleman at the front register definitely displayed great customer service but the young man who came and went to cooking didn't wash his hands (at least that is what I believe) was the only one preparing pizzas with no gloves, does a pizza and put it back on the counter and would've prepared it if for me not saying anything. He then proceeded to smell the anchovies in the can for the pizzas, as took them out of the can be again then put them to his face smelling. I'm totally disgusted with his service. As I said something to him about it he got offended the nerves! If it wasn't for the hungry grown men waiting for these pizzas and like make sure you get a receipt in case we get sick this pizzas would've been sitting there. Not the first issue last week ordered delivery for the first time.. it took over 2 hours for a simple delivery that was only supposed to be 34 minutes at the longest (including delivery per information given). You close at 12pm on Monday. Take out ends at 10pm. So how is it 9:34pm and you canceled my order cause your driver went home.....
