Domino's Pizza

It hard to deal with a location that will not pick up the phone. Ordered a meatzza with mushrooms and spinach. But no meat is on the pizza. I am now On the phone for the 3rd time tonight as have been on hold for 30 minutes each time and the call disconnects. Update. Went to the store and saw there were no customers waiting. The manager on staff politely listened and offered to make a new pie. Also gave a full refund and apology

I’ve been coming to Domino’s for a long time now and no matter what location you go to, I’m always stuck waiting for my order even after I’ve placed the order online. AND.. I’m always destined to get my pizza made WRONG. I order my pizzas square cut and it’s never failed that I’m always getting the standard triangle cut. They lie to my face, telling me that they just short staffed but there’s literally 8 employees working and scattered around the prep area. Something needs to be done!!

Not sure how they work here. 2 of the pizzas I order were burned. Call to get replacement ones as I am not about to eat burnt pizza. Took them a long time to answer. And they didn't want to replace them.. The manager should observe his or her employees to make sure they are doing their job correctly.
