Domino's Pizza

I will not be able to rate the food because it never came... we ordered at 1015 after waiting an hour I called the store and was told it would be another hour before we would get our pizza. REALLY 2 hours to get a pizza. I understand everyone is short staffed and I am not sure if this is the case with this store because the employee that answered the phone didn't feel the need to explain why it will take 2 hours to get a pizza. This store clearly has a problem and if you cannot maintain some sort of service it needs to be closed until you can!!!

Have ordered for years with no problems. However, lately it's been a gamble and today we lost. The last time we ordered they didn't include all of the toppings that we paid for. I called, spoke to Hannah, and were happy to get a store credit for our Brooklyn style pizza. Today we called in to use our store credit and were told that they didn't show us with having one. We gave the date that it was given, gave the name of the person who gave it. All they could say is that they would have to ask Hannah about it, and asked if we still wanted to order a pie. We didnt. Mistakes happen, and in the past they made it right. In light of the recent mistakes, and the fact they didn't honor our credit, I don't see us coming back anytime soon. We ordered IMOs, and that's perfectly fine. 3 stars for the good old days. Scott G.

Elena is who you want making your pizza. Ordered online and had an issue with the app. Called the store and she helped me get all figured out. After a long day of moving and being a hot mess she made my pizza experience quite pleasant. Thank you Elena! You're the best!!!
