Domino's Pizza

Sometimes the orders are on point. Most times the food takes over an hour to be delivered and I live 5 minutes down the street. I deliver because I’m working otherwise I’d pick up. I call, you can’t get ahold of someone. They forward you to the 800 number. They’ve delivered orders to the wrong house. The female manager will blame the customer and then hang up on you. To be honest we miss our Fox Lake Dominos. They were amazing! I get it, everyone is short staffed but being rude and not addressing the issues as a manager should…find a new manager. This women is representing your brand and it’s terrible!!!

Order is always wrong. They never read the instructions especially when you say no garlic crust. I was told to put “no garlic crust” into special delivery notes… I did and they still put garlic on the crust. It’s frustrating. This has been happening long before Covid. I would rate zero if I could.

worst service, after one hour and a half of waiting to pick up my pizza. it wasn't ready I was told it will take 45 minutes more and it hadn't even started Making my food. this was placed at 6:30pm through the app and at 8pm it wasn't ready and not even started. This is the second time this happens. Won't be coming back. They can keep their rewards
