Call a couple of places to see where I could find brisket. They had it and was better priced than the other places. They also sold me what I want not the whole thing which was nice. Smoked it and it was very good. Photos is before it went into the smoker.
Great Establishment! I've been buying my meats here for about 2 months, never disappointed. Friendly service every time. I love how I can just call and order my meats over the phone and they have it ready at my convenience to pick up:)
Smaller restaurant w about 10 tables most set up for 2 or 4, but a couple tables can be merged together for a larger group. Menu has a great variety to suit most cravings w a few daily specials. Quick and friendly service. Take out as well. Get the cinnamon roll (even to-go). You won't be disappointed. Also, the sausage is most flavorful I've had to date!
