I grew up making the trek out to visit my New Mexico family and I remember even as a kid my dad wanting to stop here even before seeing his mom ????. It’s a tradition that’s been passed into my kids and it’s a must when we are in town. *newbie alert* If you’ve never eaten here, please make sure you order anything w the red (looks more brown) chili sauce. I’ve been first timers that didn’t order it then wind up dipping into my sauce. It’s what makes this place so unique!!
Had to stop at the doghouse after the breaking bad tour! Fast drive in service and pretty good hot dog and onion rings.
Mmmmm … tasty. The foot long dogs were good. Just enough on it to make a little bit of a mess, but no so bad that you were covered in it. Add the fact that Saul got beat up not a few feet from where I parked and Jesse gave some money to someone in that same lot … it was cool being next to some Breaking Bad/BCS locations. Get the chili dog. You’ll be happy that you did.
