D&LP Subs

One of the best Italian subs in North Florida, and should get the recognition they deserve. Small, local w/ a Jax Beach vibe and it comes through in the food and the attitude of the staff. One of these days I need to try the pizza but the Italian combo is so good it’s hard not to order it.

So I visited this little restaurant today and waited almost an hour for 10 chicken wings. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude and said it's not like we're not doing anything. I'm sorry you Guy's can't handle a small rush of business without making mistakes. So I asked for my money back and the rude little guy says give us 5 minutes. Just give them to somebody else I tell him. All and all they have decent food if your willing to wait. Certainly not worth the wait. Trust Me.

Wow, real Brooklyn style pizza. Everything we had was delicious. There are tables and a bar top to sit at. Being able to go in and sit down is a treat these days. The staff was friendly and working hard, but made time to say hello. Everything was made to order and was super fresh. Very convenient to our condo and within walking distance. Thanks for the large portions and great food.
