Terrible. Please listen to the reviews and save yourself a trip. I order a smoked sausage with coleslaw and season fries. My smoked sausage was overcooked and my fries were cold. I'll post pictures so you can see them for yourself. Don't waste your time or money. I'll only support the Dixie Queen in Whitehaven. The food is fresh every time I go.
Love the food. I've been here 3 times now and have enjoyed every meal. Much better then the fast food giants. My favorite is the fish sandwich. I highly recommend Dixie Queen over the competition. Just wish they had unsweetened tea.
I ordered online and place it for pick up through door dash. Not only did I have to place my order when I got to the speaker but then I have to wait an additional 20 minutes after I get to the window because they haven’t even started making my order. Why would someone order ahead only to not have there food prepared and have to wait over an hour for their food. And they confirmed my pick up order when I got to the speaker and told them what I was picking up.
