Good food, good service…welp, there’s a reason why there’s always a line up outside. The only thing maybe they can think about is if there’s a better solution to dispense sanitizer for people away at the table. A little bit weird to dispense it on a napkin to leave them for us to use, but nothing to deter them from 5 stars.
Wow wow wow WOW. This place was amazing. Great service, great food and even better atmosphere. If your debating on where to get the best dim sum in Seattle- this is IT. 10/10 would recommend. My husband and I already want to go back.!
You should definitely try the ginger soaked in soy sauce at Din Tai Fung. The ginger is served on a small plate for everyone to enjoy, while the soy sauce is already provided on the table. We ordered several dishes including fried rice, chicken dim sum, and beans, and it was hands down the best food I've ever had. Despite our impromptu decision to visit this Michelin star restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised to find that there was no long wait. We were seated immediately and attended to by "Carlos", he was attentive, informative and helpful and kindly explained the ordering process and recommended dishes based on our taste preferences since I was new to the city.
