At Din Tai Fung in Arcadia, you must try their signature dish, the Xiao Long Bao, which are delicious soup dumplings filled with tender pork. Another standout dish is the Shrimp and Pork Shao Mai, a well-seasoned and juicy delight. Their Sauteed String Beans with Garlic is something that shouldn't be overlooked – it’s a flavorful way to balance out the heavier dishes. My nieces suprised me by taking me to eat at Din Tai Fung. I really enjoyed my food. The only issue i had with the service was waiting for our server to returned to check if we needed anything else. I had to ask someone else for a fork after waiting for a while. Other than that I enjoyed my food and my company. I will be returning next visit from Sacramento.
Always worth the wait. While Xiao Long Bao are great (especially pork ones), my favorites are Wontons. Spicy sauce is not very hot, but more fragrant and delicious. Honestly, there isn’t a dish that is bad. Quality is high and consistent throughout the menu, as well as multiple locations. Note: You can access picture menu using their QR code.
Fantastic, but expensive, Dim sum restaurant. Located in a mall, it still had excellent decor and thevstaff were great. We tried many of the steamed buns and dumplings. We also tried the cucumber salad, the string beans, and the bok choy, all of which were great. The dumplings were all made on site and were delivered to the table hot, in their steaming baskets. The restaurant was large but still filled, which I believe is a testimonial to the quality and local following. I would visit again, but not too often as it was expensive.
