Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Spent amount $91.00 including a forced tip we had to leave to place a online order to get home and find that we were missing stuff. I did ask before leaving if the sauce was in the bag because of the reviews I had read. The response from the lady at the counter exact words were yes, everything is in there. I guess I should check myself. Had to send my husband back to get all the missing stuff. Such a horrible experience and a absolute waste of $91.00. We will never return to this store or will never recommend anyone to go there.

As a customer, and a dasher, Aaron was super helpful and had exceptional customer service! Made everything very smooth and low stress after a failed online transaction / order I placed that never went through. Best customer serviced i have experienced in a while... Aaron deserves a little recognition for sure. I hope thats how you spell his name ????

This time the chicken and turkey were not very good quality. In the past it's always been very good. The polish sausage and the sides were good. I do not blame the employees or the restaurant. I see it as a more complex supply chain issue of restaurants being forced to cut corners.
