Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I won't be patronizing this location any longer. I placed an online order that showed my order would be ready in 10 mins, I arrived 9 minutes later at 7:55pm. The door is locked and I have to knock to inquire about my order. The gentleman inside comes to the door and asks me to please cancel and someone will process tomorrow. I'm sorry, WHAT? You have my money, I have no food, and you want me to hold tight until someone figures it out later. One of the owners then pulls up to find the door locked and looks confused also. He walks in, talks to the guy and maintains his nonchalant attitude. A young lady pulls up and the owner greets her at her vehicle and holds the door for her to come inside, then locks it behind them. I'm like, "ummmm are you fulfilling orders?" He says no and tells me they are having equipment problems. Not sure if I believe any of it at this point, but I do know I won't be returning.

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. I just got my order from Uber eats. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I got a 3 meat plate and a order of wings. FIRST OFF IM MISSING MY ORDER OF WINGS, IM MISSING MY BRISKET BURNT ENDS, my ribs are dried out I can’t even take a bite out of them!!! And to top it all off all my food is cold and roll was hard as a rock.

They were sold out of ribs, chicken & smoked turkey, on Friday night. I had brisket & pulled pork. The brisket was tender and flavorful, the pulled pork just average. Good selection of sides. The ordering line moved slowly with only 6 parties ordering and 3 staff preparing the orders.
