Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I have been to this location several times and it is always messy, but my last experience here was downright concerning. I arrived just as they opened, sticky floors, countertops and tables were disgusting, team looked unkept, manager had papers and boxes spread out all over tables, bathroom was repulsive, and drink areas looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I will never go back to this location again. Downright unsanitary.

This was a horrible experience. Two employees who didn’t look like they knew where they were. One of them said he was driving his remote control car around the restaurant before we came in… the tables were dirty, the floor and doors look like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Whoever the GM is needs to be informed that their franchise would be better off with 10 year olds left in charge. Will not be returning. Visited 7/7 @ 7:30 PM.

This location is horrible. Definitely not going back. Husband ordered a 3 meat plate, brisket being one of them and only got 2 pieces of sliced brisket. We ordered 3 meals and were only given ONE barbecue sauce & when I went to pick it up, was not given the drinks or cups to get our drinks. Don’t recommend this place at all.
