My family ordered dinner. The complete lack of care that these subs were made with was wildly disappointing. On the meatball sub, sauce was everywhere making the bread soggy and none of the meatballs were cut. My husband ordered pasta salad and got potato salad. It wasn't a big order and the place was not busy at all. It was disappointing how little care was taken. I worked at dibellas for 2 years, I love the food usually, but this was insulting.
Very very disappointed. Got a blt literally no bacon on 1/2 the 14inch sub. On the other half 4 small pieces. I usually love there subs but wow $15 and only a 1/3 of the sub.
Super friendly and efficient group of young employees at the location in Mayfield Hts (only one I’ve been to) and they are consistently so. Such a pleasure to be greeted in a friendly manner and have excellent service every visit. The sandwiches are great too, but the service is exceptional.
