They used to be open 24 hours but Covid changed things. Glad to see they're still in operation at least and their new closing time of 10 PM isn't that bad. I gave this Diana's two stars just because of the name and because the location in Norwalk is night and day compared to my experience last night with this place. Norwalk has better customer service. Norwalk has better tasting food. Norwalk has better customer service. I visited this location along with my partner to pick up an order that was made over the phone. The lady at the register was kind enough, we paid for our $100+ order and went to the side area where they hand you your food. The lady handing over the food seemed to be in a bad mood, almost like we were inconveniencing her. We asked for more chips and she said "the chips are right there in the bag!" (in spanish). We were willing to pay for extra fresh chips but it wasn't even thrown in there as an option. We got home to eat with family and then bam! They forgot an item on the order, it was some Carne Asada nachos. We call and the person who picked up the phone sounded defensive/hostile when we called to inform them that we w
