WATCH YOUR BILL. Wish I had read the reviews more closely before booking a large party there. The ambience is fantastic BUT when the bill came people in our party noticed items on there that no one had asked for (shots - which no one was doing), were given pushback when they called it out (“oh that person already left”), or the owner brought things out on his own & then charged us for it (ex. they brought out a birthday cake that we did not touch/order & then charged us for it). I personally ended up paying over $100 for 3 small guacamole/chips for the table, 2 Coronas, & a glass of wine which is pretty ridiculous. All in all, great ambience, enthusiastic staff, but sadly I probably won’t go back there again bc the payment part was super sketchy. If you do go- watch your bill!

Food and drinks were great, but small portions for the price. Atmosphere and service are top notch. One word of caution, Check your ticket, as I was surprised to find that an 18% gratuity was automatically added to our bill, and it was just my wife and I, at lunch. I certainly understand that they probably want to make sure server makes a livable wage, but at least let the patrons know. Had I not seen the automatic gratuity, I would have ended up leaving a 40-50% tip.

WARNING! Be cautious when you pay your check at the end of your meal. The owner is not forthright. My wife and I stopped by on Saturday since we heard live music outside of the restaurant. We ordered 2 beers, chips and guacamole and decided to leave. I was shocked to see in our bill 18% gratuity was already added and there was an additional line by the signature for tip. This is outrageous and totally deceiving. Tip is not mandatory however the act of directly paying the hands that have served you is meant to be a gesture of comradery. When you tip, you’re not just giving someone a little extra cash. You’re showing your appreciation and gratitude.
